Screening call with recruiter, was told I'm a great fit for the role but they are considering internal candidates as well. Was told that they would get back to me either way. Never heard back.

One phone interview. 15 minutes of reviewing my resume and being told my current role was a perfect fit for what they were looking for. Never heard back (ghosted). Ironic because they specifically bragged about providing “kind” candidate experience but still no follow up and rhe experience definitely soured my view on Snap.
