J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Snap (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2017
Entretien
I got headhunted by a lead Snapchat recruiter for an opening in their new London office. After exchanging a couple of emails, he rang me to talk about a design challenge. After a few weeks I got an automated email to say that I was not successful. I messaged the Snapchat recruiter for some feedback, I chased a few times but heard nothing back.
I got the impression that this recruiter was not bothered about trying to find talent. I felt used, the whole process was rushed and not organised. I expected more from a company like Snap.

Question 1
No questions about me or my experience, only rushed through the design challenge.

The recruiter contacted me through emails and I got on a call with her. She set up a video call for me with the "hiring manager." It turnt out that guy is located in Ukraine and he has problems in English. He has a hard time to explain things. he doesn't share any design energy, he only asks about tools I'm using... i asked him could could get me excited about this opportunity; he cannot say anything. He asks me to talk to the recruiter.......I don't have a good hope with snap if this is the people they keep in the companies.
After I challenged them, and I told them I'm going onsite with Facebook, they went silent. Ha
