Entretien
The process was very quick and easy. I first had to make a short video answering some interview questions. Then I had a 30 minute phone interview with the CS Manager, followed by an in-person interview with the VP of Member Success, and a follow up interview with other members of the Customer Success Team. I applied mid-October 2016 and started at the end of November 2016. Everyone I met was super friendly and smart -- you could tell they genuinely enjoy showing up to work every day.

The interview process was really enjoyable. I had one phone interview, and two on-sight interviews. I met with multiple people and each person that interviewed me was both friendly and knowledgable.
