They give you 5 hours to do their coding test, and then if you do well they send you to do a 30 min Technical and Behavioral Video Interview. They grade you like it's standardized testing, so make sure you don't forget to go over any technical terms. I'd never heard of a certain technical term that they used, and I suspect it meant the difference between me getting the job or not.
