Very awkward experience. I was asked to do a video interview, and the interviewer never turned on their video camera. I was asked a series of specific questions about aspects of my experience but there was no dialogue and no description of the position. It was a quiz, not a conversation or interview. I knew right away this was not going to be a good fit.

They're a large company and all, working on some great projects, met some nice and friendly employees. But what really lets this company down is the recruitment team. They are the people at the front door at this company, but they don't create a great first impression for applicants. They will mess you around, are unprofessional and they don't send information on the next steps on time and just ghost you completely.
