Easy and straightforward. Was able to ask any questions without hesitation. Interviewee was very detailed about the overall work and the goals of the company. Everyone I spoke to or had to contact was very nice.

Initial interview, and about 2 other interviews after. They are all with the HR person and you take a few "tests" for personality and how you would react to certain scenarios. Drug test, background test and finger prints (once hired)
