County utilizes Snelling Staffing to vet applicants. Interviews are conducted with County Personnel. First, you apply through Snelling. Snelling sees if you'd be a good fit with the County. If they approve, then you are scheduled an interview with the appropriate personnel. I interviewed with two people. I also met with the department manager who showed me a quick over-view of the process for the GIS mapping technician. I appreciated the amount of information that they provided and would have loved to have worked with them, however, they chose to go with someone who was already specifically trained for that position.
