First an HR interview, then a technical interview, and then a month without knowing anything about the process before being contacted again for a different role, and so on several times

I went through an agency, but pretty much had to submit a programming assignment and interview. In the second interview, there was a programming assignment that was completed with another potential hire which was conducted via screen share and we used their VMs. We finished the programming assignment and a small interview followed where we basically asked questions. The agency was notified that they wanted to hire me hours afterwards which i accepted.
