Once shortlisted, a recruiter will reach out to you for an initial phone screen. This will typically cover:

Basic fit for the role.
Phone call. Interviewer was 15 minutes late calling. Said place was hectic. through the interview it was implied priorities changed at all time. Did not sound like a good place to work.
I completed a phone screen with HR, they ended the call by asking me to do the next round with the manager, and then I never heard from them again, despite follow up emails.
