A 3 round process including a screening interview with HR, an interview with another designer, and the final round includes a challenge review with the director and senior designer. The process is pretty laid back.l but requires work on your own time to complete the design challenge.

Two interviews, one general interview and a design presentation for take home design challenge. Seemed like an interesting place to work. I was told that they are looking for designers to help build up their design team to take on more projects. Only negative part about this experience was the untimely responses I got from the hiring manager. Other than that, the interview process was fairly simple and not very challenging.
