I had a very positive experience throughout the entire hiring process.
The process consisted of few stages: an initial HR interview, a take-home assessment with three tasks, a second interview with the Lead Manager to present and discuss the assessment, a CEO interview, a reference check, and a final interview with the Product Manager of the specific product you would be working with.
In my opinion the assessment was genuinely interesting to build and gave me a much clearer picture of the product before joining. The feedback I received after the second interview was very constructive, which I really appreciated. Having the final meeting with the Product Manager was very thoughtful: it gave me the chance to meet one of the people I would be working with directly, which I really enjoyed.
The process was structured and professional, with a clear focus on finding the right person for the role rather than just filling a position quickly.
