Pretty straightforward, had an initial email interview screening with HR, then with the Department Head, then back to HR for the final interview. They communicate next steps clearly and conduct the interviews with great professionalism.

Had an phone screening with HR then moved on to a meeting with the head of the department. Both went well, however was told during meeting with the head of department that I would hear back from them either way within a week then was ghosted. I'm fine with not getting an offer but it's unprofessional in my opinion to simply ghost candidates.
