I had 4 rounds of interviews: Hiring Managers for screening, Technical Interview with the Team Members, CEO Interview and then HR Interview. It took me over a month to complete all of them, and then I figured out they actually looked for someone local to the headquarters. They never replied to me whether I got an offer or not.

Round 1 was a HR screen. Round 2 was a 1-hour panel interview with hiring the manager and peer data scientist. Because of having other in-hand offers, I was moved right to contact with HR and working on an offer. From HR screen to receiving an offer was 1 week.

Question 1
HR led a personality-type line of inquiry before moving me onto R2. During R2 I was asked about my prior work and experience with healthcare claims (heavily inquired into healthcare expertise as it relates to data science [lines of HSR inquiry]) as well as my experience with statistical methodology.
