The company itself had no clue about "What exactly they want". They interviewed me for the post of Jr. Data Scientist. First day a junior team member took the interview. He seemed less experienced than me and was mostly unaware of some of the technologies that I had worked on. Next their "AI head" took the interview. They had no cross questions against the technologies I had worked on. Hence they started digging for my weak points. They wanted someone with good experience on web development. I have basic work experience on the same. That itself became their reason to not give the salary I was expecting for. Later HR comes and talks nonsense for half an hour. All this to prove 'why I am not eligible for the salary I am asking for'. Pathetic experience. Would not recommend anyone.
