After applying for the position I was able to get a first interview which I thought had gone really well. It took a few different tries to attempt to organize the phone call but we eventually got there. After the first call, I was told that they would like to continue the conversation with a second call two days from the first. When I showed up to the interview there was no one that ever joined the call. I ended up waiting 1 hr and 30 min because I was supposed to be meeting with three separate individuals over the course of that time. Overall, it became apparent to me that if they aren't organized enough to show up for a phone call, and be respectful of the time for the person they are calling, then they certainly wouldn't be very considerate if I was in the position. It was after that, that I dropped all contact and forgot about SamrtBear.
