Was Hired Directly over the phone by Sales Manager. One good thing is, I did enjoy working for my National Manager . Advised me to fill out application after 15 min. Phone interview. Was advised first year reps are making 6 figures. Was advised there was little to no cold calling due to in house telemarketing who 90 % of the time stated i would just be dropping of information.

Understanding the entire process of Merchant Processing. What processing equipment is more beneficial to the Business. Being asked about leads in such a saturated market like Austin. Speaking to business owners who cringed when you walked in the door due to a previous rep outright lying to the merchant made for a next to impossible sale.
