The interview process was very strange. You sat in a conference room and teams of people came in to meet with you and asked you questions. It was clear that I was meeting with the stakeholders I would eventually be responsible to. Everyone was very nice, but it was clear that each of them had a complaint about working there and it was palpable. It seemed like I was a good fit for the company, but I never heard back from them. No rejection, no nothing. Also intrusive and weird personality tests that they encouraged me to look up on the internet. 🙄
