2 Rounds - 1st with an HR rep who reviewed my resume and logistics 2nd was with my hiring manager, who didn't really have an agenda. It was very conversational and fluid.

The first level recruiter was not very timely or knowledgeable. The testing process is a little excessive. The first two tests were straightforward but they have a very complex deductive reasoning test that only applies to certain salary ranges.
