Submitted a resume, got a response back really quickly and had a zoom interview the following week. Said they would follow-up either way and if moving forward, they would want an onsite interview. A month went by and nothing. Wrote them and asked about the status and the response said to the effect that the holidays had people off which had slowed the process and they would let me know. At that point, they could have said no we are not interested but they did not. The holidays are long gone and have been ghosted. If this is how they treat a potential employee, I can only imagine what an actual client must go through.
