There was an initial phone interview to go over most of the behavioral-type interview questions. The night before the in-person interview, I was emailed an assignment to complete. I had a one-on-one interview with the marketing supervisor, though it was supposed to be a panel interview (the other interviewers were out of town or in a separate meeting).
