Had another call interview set-up per email. When the day came, I waited one hour to understand I was ghosted. The whole process seemed sketchy. This is unprofessional and disrespectful towards people's time.

It was a pre-screen interview on Zoom, the hr reached out to me after two days I applied but unfortunately their clients are all in Quebec so they have a very high standard for the language.
