Applied online, did both psychometric and numerical reasoning tests. Followed by a phone interview. A good few weeks I was asked to a Assessment Centre where I undertook Group exercises and a presentation, followed by a interview in the afternoon. Overall the experience was a positive one, I was nervous during the phone interview, but the interviewer helped put me at ease.
