Poor communication and disjointed process. I was ghosted by the recruiter after several rounds of interviews. I didn’t know people still did that in this day and age. Companies should be better than this, especially ones that list “Care” as one of their core values.
The initial interview was easy and surface level questions. The guy was personable and I enjoyed learning about all the benefits of the company. I’m interested to see what the other interview questions are like.
Really poor experience interviewing here mainly due to the recruiter, Braden. He’s all talk and will not reply to any email you send unless it’s to move you forward onto the next round with minimal information. I enjoyed speaking to everyone on the team in my interviews, but the recruiter made this interview experience poor.
