Applied online through Linkedin. Got an invite for an HR interview that was quite normal. After that got a home assignment that was to write a small and simple C# project and submit it within 3 days. The main propose was to see the design and clean code. I think that I wrote a very nice solution with SOLID design and full cover unit testing but after a few days got rejected by email. The explanation was that the design was not exactly as they planned but in my opinion that are always several good solution also they didn't explain why MY solution wasn't good. I felt that it is not fair to let someone work on an project of several hours and then not letting him explain or protect their *working, tested and designed by SOLID* solution. I definitely don't recommend interviewing for them and also they have bad reviews here from employees.

Had a pleasant talk with a internal recruiter, was given a two hour programming assignment that I completed. Two weeks passed despite contacts from my external recruiter, and I was rejected with no additional info. What a waste of time.
