Following initial screening call from HR in which they cover off experience and skill sets, there is a 2 stage interview process, stage 1 was a telephone interview and stage 2 was face-to-face and competency based.

2 rounds of technical interview and final HR round to discuss on the offer.
Very engaging interview and hiring manager was very respectful. In fact his approach and the way he explained his needs was a big decision factor for me in accepting the offer letter.
