Good process but no respect for applicants. Sometime after submitting application through Indeed, received message that I was on the short list. Was given a coding challenge to complete in an evening or so. I felt like the challenge was a great test of my skills and much better than the online code under pressure challenges. I completed the assignment conscientiously, and sent it as a reply to the email. After doing so, I received absolutely no response. No confirmation they'd received it. No feedback, positive or negative. No followup steps. Tried emailing a few times after that. No word about whether the job was filled or cancelled. Job has expired at LinkedIn.
