HR screening -> Lead enginner +test manager interview and code review -> IT Head interview -> CEO inteview -> HR They should do CEO round first as it bypasses everyone at the company. I was asked to come to Amsterdam office for this final round. In CEO interview , I was discouraged to join the company based on my previous experience and was told that i'm doing better in my current role . Weird. Also if CEO has to talk about salary expectations and fully deny it ; then how did we even end up this far in hiring ? It felt a complete waste of my time and efforts going to the location.
