J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Skillz
Entretien
Was recruited off linkedin and then interviewed with a recruiter who was great for the prelim. After the recruiter deemed I was a fit I went to the next stage which was with the hiring manager ( I assume). He spent the entire time talking about himself and his achievements and asked me maybe 2 questions in total that were not very 'meat and potatoes'. He didn't really ask me things off of my resume and gave off an 'I have better things to do vibe' Over all the company seemed very interesting and deffo going places. Bummer we didn't mesh. After a week of not hearing back I emailed the recruiter and didn't get a response until a week later from a no reply saying I was not the choice.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Skillz (San Francisco, CA)
Entretien
One of the more intensive interview processes I've ever been through, in all of the wrong ways. Questions focused more on "standardized testing" style subject matter, rather than things that were actually about the job.
Interviewers were cold, unfriendly, and even rude at times.
Even though I was young and wanted a new job, I felt like I dodged a bullet by not getting the offer. Since then, reviews and earning reports seem to confirm my suspicions and experience.

Applied online and received an email within two weeks from the recruiter. Interviews were virtual including the hiring manager. There was a timed assignment that included a prompt and was asked to put together a presentation.
