Found the position vacancy online, submitted my CV and a cover letter. 2-3 days later the recruiter called to get more background and information regarding my experiences and availability. Then met the recruiter in person (screening process) and then I was referred to the client. Client interview a few days later at the company's premises.

Question 1
Asked about Microsoft technology that was not part of the skill set advertised on the position. I was able to answer/give example of the exposure on the technology but was surprise to find out that it was one of the desirable skill they were looking for.
