Easy and laid back. You may be able to taste the food and receive service during the process to fully understand the company culture. Come business casual with serving experience and some wine knowledge!

I went into the restaurant, filled out an application. The same day I met and interviewed with two managers seperately. They asked about my experience with serving and asked about my wine knowledge.
