I was really excited to meet with SixFifty. I felt like they had a lot of what I was looking for, and I had a lot of what they were looking for. As a result, I went in very excited to meet with their team and learn more about the role. I met with a mid-level manager and had what I felt like was a very good conversation. I was told they’d be in touch with next steps. After several weeks and several kind and professional follow-up emails, I was ghosted. I felt like this was highly unprofessional to treat qualified candidates like this that may have otherwise been interested in returning to interview with the company for future roles.
