Entretien
Called into interview directly after receiving the application. Started with emphasising the relaxed nature of the situation and the preference of method and thought process to be demonstrated over memory or knowledge.
Overall very open and the interviewers (the head of the stress analysis department and a previous intern) were extremely friendly, helpful and eager to listen.

Question 1
1st part of the interview was focused on the company and what I knew about it and the industry
2nd part of the interview focused on my CV and was very open ended more along the lines of " is there anything on your CV you would like to talk about"
