Entretien
I had a phone interview first, then I was invited to an in-person interview. All applications must be summitted online via the Cargill Portal. I applied for there positions and eventually got invited to an interview. Once you are invited to an interview, the other positions/applications get put on hold.

The phone interview was easy, the have asked me mostly about the current job and my experiences, in the second interview, we the team members we discussed in more detail my position and the job requirements.
