3. Second Interview with Department Manager
HR committee and managers were friendly. Process did not take too long. They looked like casual, because the workplace is also shelter for homeless women. Don't wear so chic.

There was an initial phone screening that was followed by two in-person interviews.
The interviewers were thoughtful and accommodating of my scheduling needs. The length of the interview process took a approximately two months
