Was a sit down interview first with the Manager of the store. Basic questions were ask pertaining to retail working history. Then another interview for the district Manager was set, where questions such as budget, inventory, merchandising, training and scheduling were followed up on. After the interview, a package had to be signed including a background check.

I applied in person and i got interviewed 3 days later. The whole hirring process took a reasonable time, the interview was average, right into the point, more information about the job had been proffesionally described. Simply, it was a good experience I enjoyed talking to the Hiring Managers.
