The interviewer doesn't know what he is asking. I gave each answer very point to point but still, he declined my application by saying that you are not technically good. I got to know after that he played huge politics and felt insecure about my qualification. I told recruiting manager about this incident and he said I will arrange the second interview but never happened. No follow up from anybody. Worst interview process and politics I have seen ever.
