Absolutely unprofessional and a waste of time. I have no nice words to say about how this company conducts themselves. I had an initial screening call, call with hiring manager, in person panel interview and was scheduled to have a final call with the CLO when the day before I get a phone call from a different member of the Talent Acquisition Team to say that they have decided to re-open the application process to see if they can find someone else with the telecomms experience (I am a qualified lawyer who works in the digital sector..). I feel I have dodged a bullet here as they look as if they do not care about the people.
