Overall the interview process was well orchestrated in terms of logistics and substance with flexibility in scheduling convenience. Everyone was welcoming, respectful and thoughtful in their questions and listening.
An initial screening with HR provided an overview of the company and a general overview of the position. The next two interviews, with team members and then supervisor, were also conducted over Zoom without video. These consisted of more in depth questioning about past experience and skills and a chance to better understand the day to day of the position. A case review on the site, prior to the final in person, was required and was also helpful in the process.
