3 Rounds of interviews, took about 3 weeks. Everyone I met was extremely friendly, very straight forward process. I felt good about the interviews and was hopeful. The last interview was on a Monday, and I was told I would hear back by that Friday. 3 weeks later I finally get an automated email saying "they had reviewed my application and were going forward with other applicants." This was extremely frustrating, as after 3 interviews I got the same rejection that someone who had never interviewed or met with them would have received. I did follow up asking for feedback as well, but my recruiter did not reach back out to me. While I am very interested in the company still, this did leave a bad impression with me and I felt the need to comment on it on here.
