Disappointed with the interview experience at Simplotel for a strategic role. Spent nearly 1 hour across 2 rounds, only to be asked the exact same questions repeatedly. The second round started 15 minutes late, and the discussion again revolved around questions already covered in the previous round, including justification of prior experience rather than role-relevant evaluation. Candidates invest significant time and preparation into these processes. A more structured and respectful interview experience would go a long way. Would genuinely advise candidates to think twice before opting for strategic roles here unless the hiring process improves.

Multiple rounds with a lot of questions around the way you think. Expect questions like "how do you get 4 litres from 5 and 3" or " if given a bunch of similar coins and a weighing scale, how would you identify the odd coin and in how many tries?"
