Structured and systematic throughout. But aghast at the rudimentary HR questions, that determine ones culture fit, which date back to 90s. This is worse than a psychometric tests. Never in my decade long years of interview experience I was asked strengths and weaknesses, who knows you best, how would they describe you as a person. Who I am personally should not determine my capabilities. Culture fit should ideally sit on work ethics, aspirations, goals etc...not on what your friend/relatives think about you and how you resolve conflicts with them. Sorry, but this was laughable and absolutely ridiculous yardstick to determine ones fit.
Simplotel needs to do better. Looks like I dodged a bullet.
