Received an unsolicited email from a recruiter at Simplion Technologies. I replied asking for salary range to which he never replied despite my follow up email and phone call. Interview process is not organized and no follow up to determine if position is of interest to continue pursuing. I noticed salaries per Glassdoor are below industry standard which may explain why my resume which they scrapped off the internet was dropped.
