initially met with the HR department for initial screening. Subsequent interviews with direct hiring manager and then other managers within the department and some peer interview is required. The interview process was fairly easy. I felt like it was more personality-based than formal interview process that you'd normally experience from a larger company. It was a start up company with no formal interview process in place at that time.
