There were 3 loooongs interviews: First was an exam on computer with 5 tasks with QA Director. The interview was about 2,5 hours. The second interview was with QA manager. It was interesting conversation about my QA and develop experience. The interview was about 2,5 hours. The last one was 1 hour with pretty HR woman and 1,5 hour with system architect. System architect asked me many questions about technology and were 2 practical exercises: one of them QA task (we spoke about manual testing and automation) and the second was task on programming skills. I have been unpleasantly surprised, because he chose linked list theme. I don't see any connection between linked list and programming skills. In conclusion, I spent 7,5 hours and fall with a strange question.
