I applied, and then was asked to record a 5 minute Loom video and answer a few questions about my experience and how I'd manage a new client.
After that, I had an interview with Branden. Although it went over an hour, this was one of the best interview experiences I've had. He asked good questions, especially the last one which I won't give away here. During this interview I was able to learn more about his background as well as the company and the expectations for the role. It seemed like a great pace to work.
After this interview I was invited to the next round which involved a homework assignment which I won't give away the details for here. That same day I was offered another role elsewhere, and I ended up accepting a position with another company so I'm not sure how the results would have turned out.
