J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez SimplePractice

      Entretien

Had an initial phone interview where I was asked standard interview questions. Then was asked to complete a fairly lengthy assignment and sign up for a trial account of their software. This assignment was never discussed and no feedback was provided besides that I advanced to the next phase of the interview process. I then had an interview with somebody that was separate from the team I'd be working on where I was asked more standard interview questions. After that I was invited for a final "panel interview" where I was asked to review their "culture deck" which is basically an unorganized rip off of the Netflix culture deck with clunky grammar and spelling. This deck was really creepy actually ... there were SEVERAL separate slides on how if they determine that you are not a "culture fit" you will be given a "generous severance package and asked to leave". That seemed to be the most important part of their culture - that they could fire you at any time. I decided not to proceed with the panel interview after reading this deck and sent an email saying that I would not be moving forward. I received no response back from the hiring manager, although I did receive several promotional spam emails after that from them because they forced me to sign up for an account. All in all a disjointed and ineffective hiring process. Would not recommend working here.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your work on the assessment and value your time. We apologize that you did not get a response to your withdrawal email and have spoken to our hiring team to make sure this does not happen in the future. We have also ensured there is a process in place to remove any candidates that are not hired from a SimplePractice trial account and from receiving promotional emails. We do believe it is important for anyone that is interested in joining our company to have experience first hand with our platform. We wish you the best in your job search.
