After sending multiple emails - that went unanswered - I added a different coworker into the email chain in case the CTO had gone on vacation or something (since everything seemed to be going so well). Finally he responds saying that they won't be moving forward. Complete 180. Your time will not be valued. Their word may not be kept. Don't waste your time.
