Entretien
Two back-to-back interviews of both 1 hour with two different consultants interviewing you. In each interview, around 20 minutes are spent on common personal fit questions:
-Walk me through your resume
-What are three of your strengths/weaknesses?
-Describe a time when you led a team.
After the personal fit part, the case interview part starts, where they take you through a regular consulting case interview. The type of problem is often pricing/revenue growth/market sizing, as Simon-Kucher focuses mostly on top-line growth consulting.

Der gesamte Prozess lief sehr einfach und transparent. Die Gesprächspartner waren sehr nett & man konnte alle Fragen stellen. Cases waren herausfordernd, aber mit Vorbereitung gut machbar. Sehr angenehm war die zeitige Rückmeldung nach dem letzten Interview.
