Company is very fair and feels very human. Everyone was kind and felt really supportive. Tough entry requirements and tough selection, but that is fair seeing as this is a excellent consulting firm.

The case interview was obviously very important. Next to this I think the relatively small SKP team places high value on personal click with the team.
Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for

4 Runden: erste Runde online Assessment, zweite Runde case Study Vorbereitung mit allgemeinen bewerbungsfragen, dritte und vierte Runde vor Ort mit case Studys und Brain teaser fragen. Typische Fragen wie warum man in Beratung arbeiten möchte. Nette Mitarbeiter
