I introduced myself and my achievements so far. Then interviewer asked me the following question:
What would be the areas to look into if you were to open a local restaurant? How would you decide the location?
There was also two other personality questions like "Tell me about the time you were feeling stressed from your school or work life"

Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
